About
I discovered product management by accident when I was hired as a "research analyst" at a mortgage operations company, but spent my days helping customers with login issues and broken software. That hands-on role let me work directly with developers to fix problems, shadow audit teams to document workflows, and eventually serve as the bridge between frustrated users and technical solutions. I would lead demos, influence development priorities, and help potential customers see how our tools could transform their work—so much so that they'd go to conferences and say they couldn't do their jobs without what we built. Our sales team often said the product "sold itself." I was proud to be part of that.
Over the years, I've worked across companies of different sizes and industries, but what stays consistent is my focus on deeply understanding users, translating between technical teams and business needs, building strong cross-functional relationships, and creating products that people genuinely value.
